Refund Policy
We offer partial refunds if you are not satisfied with your purchase, this is 50 percent of the final price. Please contact paul@bespokelunch.co.uk for any queries regarding orders. We will do our best to resolve the issue please email within 24 hours of purchase.
Guide to Ordering
Meals ordered before 9am will be delivered the same day, orders made on Saturdays after 9am will be delivered on the following Monday by 12pm, we deliver on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. We do not delivery on Sundays. Meals ordered after 9am will be delivered on the following working day.
Accepted Currency
We trade in pound sterling here at bespokelunch, covering the Midlands in the UK.
